​Invoice & Payment Administration

Spend more time interpreting and less time keeping up with unpaid invoices. BBVA provides administrative invoicing support using information and systems approved by the client. Invoice Administration — $350 per month.

​

Includes up to two hours per month for:

• Preparing invoices from approved assignment records

• Sending invoices through the client’s approved system

• Tracking sent, due, and paid statuses

• Sending approved payment reminders

• Maintaining invoice documentation

• Providing outstanding-invoice summaries

​

Additional approved time is billed at $125 per hour. Clients retain complete control of their payment accounts and funds. BBVA does not hold or transfer client funds, provide bookkeeping or accounting, perform debt collection, give legal or tax advice, guarantee payment, or change invoice amounts without written approval.
